Overview
Where the load runs along the shaft rather than across it, a thrust bearing takes it. Thrust ball types handle moderate axial load at moderate speed; spherical roller thrust bearings take very heavy axial load and tolerate misalignment.

Why buy this here
We buy direct from our manufacturing partners, so the counter price on standard sizes is set at the factory end rather than after three local margins. Stock sits in Dragon Mart 1 twelve hours a day, six days a week, and single pieces are sold on the same terms as carton quantities.
If you are not certain which variant you need, send a photograph of the failed part to our WhatsApp. The markings on the outer ring — or, failing that, the bore, outside diameter and width — are enough for us to identify the correct replacement.
Areas we serve
Collection from Dragon Mart 1, International City. We regularly supply workshops across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and arrange courier delivery within the UAE.
Common questions
Essentially no. It must be paired with a radial bearing that positions the shaft. Loading a thrust bearing radially will destroy it.
It lets the bearing sit square when the housing face is not perfectly perpendicular to the shaft. Without it, load concentrates on one side of the raceway.
Single direction takes thrust one way only. Double direction takes it both ways and is used where the load reverses, such as on a reversing screw.
