Building cleaning covers everything outside the individual unit: the entrance, the lobby, the staircases and landings, the corridors on every floor, the lift cars and their door tracks, the common washrooms, the bin room and the car park. These areas take constant traffic, so the value is in the routine rather than in any single deep clean.

We agree a schedule with the building owner, the facilities contact or the owners association, and the same scope is repeated on every visit. Frequency is set to the traffic the building actually gets — a small residential block and a busy commercial tower do not need the same attendance.
