Insert bearings mount straight onto a shaft without machining a precise housing seat, which is why they dominate farm machinery, conveyors and fabricated plant. We stock the agricultural hex-bore inserts that are hard to find elsewhere in Dubai, along with the housed units that go with them.

We buy direct from our manufacturing partners, so the price on standard sizes is set at the factory end rather than after three local margins. Stock sits in Dragon Mart 1 twelve hours a day, six days a week, and single pieces are sold on the same terms as cartons.

Questions

Farm implements often run on plain hex or square shafting rather than turned round shaft. A hex-bore insert drives directly off that shaft with no keyway, no machining and no slip.

A collar that sits over the extended inner ring and locks by being turned in the direction of rotation, then set with a grub screw. It grips a plain shaft firmly without a keyway. The RA108NPPB we stock uses this arrangement.
